We are creating a unified Platform for the supervision, service and preparation of compliance documents for construction companies in EU countries, which will help them and their competent specialists meet the periodic requirements of supervisory authorities, quickly and competently organize and submit compliant documents both in their country of origin and in any in another EU country.

The purpose of the Platform being developed is to automate the process of documentation submission to supervisory authorities, to simplify the processes of preparation and submission of documents, to provide construction companies with the requirements of supervisory authorities in an understandable and clear manner, and to help prepare for compliance procedures.

The collected data will help to identify problems, identify the shortcomings in advance of the requirements for the competence of builders, which will be checked before the documents are submitted to the supervisory authorities.

Once this system is in place, it will be possible to analyse the differences in licensing and supervision rules in member countries, their advantages and disadvantages, and make proposals for creating a unified future for the construction sector in a rapidly changing world.
